Individual personal/therapeutic/spiritual coaching: £40 per hour
Individual business coaching: £60 per hour
Therapeutic journalling and writing workshops: £75
Half Day Therapeutic Workshop - 3 hour session £40
Full Day Therapeutic Workshop - 6 hour session £75
Group and Corporate/business team sessions by negotiation
10 week Positive Thinking course £400
